  Competitive regular fuel price BUT BE WARNED, DO NOT BUY PREMIUM GASOLINE HERE!!!!! It is OBVIOUS price gouging!

  At the other highlands road BP a few miles down the road towards town:

  Clear and obvious price gouging because they "think" they are the last gas station out of franklin on highlands (they're not, there's an exxon a few miles down the road)
