  Bought a mattress 5/17/2017 and paid $1200.00 for a Serta Perfect Sleeper with a 10 year warranty. I previously purchased a mattress and less than a week after my purchase I returned it due to sagging sides. When I was looking at ELLER & OWENS Furnitute store I informed the salesman about the return of a mattress which sagged on the sides. I told him I was looking for a firm mattress with a lot of support on the sides. He assured me this mattress was warranted should it give more than a 1.5 inches. Well I called concerning the side giving like a slide. That 1.5 inch warranty is not for the sides but in the middle of the bed. I guess you as a customer are expected to do gymnastics in order to reach the middle of the bed. SERTA DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES ON THE SERTA PERFECT SLEEPER MATTRESS. DON’T BE MISLEAD BY ANYTHING THIS COMPANY TELLS YOU ABOUT THEIR MATTRESSES AND THE WARRANTIES THEY PROMISE. Reporting this to the BBB.
